Since 2002 we’ve been promoting reading and helping schools, religious organizations, associations, clubs and other nonprofits to earn money by selling books. Now we’re helping them even more by providing state- of-the-art stores with an inventory of 7,000,000 constantly updated books, calendars, CDs and DVDs. More than 80% of the products are available for at least 35% off the standard retail price and each organization determines its own profit margin.

We will rely on local and regional affiliates to introduce and develop Buyer Topia within their territories but any organization or group may open a Buyer Topia store at any time. It only takes a few minutes and there are no fees or obligations.

Every year thousands of schools participate in the Buyer Topia Bookmark™ Contest which gives K – 8 students the opportunity to win books for themselves and their schools.  All participants are recognized.  Buyer Topia also donates books to disadvantaged schools, orphanages, veterans facilities, retirement homes and prisons.  We’re always interested in ideas which promote reading.

A Pennsylvania nonprofit cooperative corporation, Buyer Topia has been providing ecommerce solutions for nonprofits since 2002.  Buyer Topia is governed by its regional affiliates.

Advisors are proven performers, unequivocally committed to our mission and pledge who work with and within the constituencies of Buyer Topia to continually improve performance.  Their wisdom and careful consideration of new ideas (or old ideas in need of renewal) is critical to the continued relevance and value of Buyer Topia.

The Board of Trustees is Buyer Topia's ultimate fiduciary authority and appoints the senior staff. Utilizing input from Advisors, Staff, and other sources, the Board also develops plans and objectives that fulfill the mission of Buyer Topia.

The Staff of Buyer Topia respond to input from Advisors and Trustees to maximize the potential of Buyer Topia and are responsible for executing plans approved by the Board that attain established objectives.
